To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be California residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the KBAK-TV/KBFX-CD viewing area.



Each entry will be judged and scored by a panel of four (4) judges comprised of station personnel based on the following criterion:  20% Content, 40% Appearance and 40% creativity.



The judges will determine one winner based on the score for the criterion set forth above.  The decision of the judges shall be final.



Deadline to enter is Midnight P.S.T. December 22nd, 2013.
