Every girl wants her Valentine's Day to be special. But not every guy has got the knack for whipping up that memorable moment, that's why the Town and Country Village Shopping Center is giving you a chance to win "A Valentine's to Remember".

Click on the SUBMISSION TAB and send us your "best couples" picture along with an explanation of why You should win "A Valentine's to Remember".

Then leave the rest to us. With the help from the professionals of these Town and Country Village Shopping Center merchants; Knight's Jewelers,  LIttle Italy Restaurant, Garden District Flowers, Concept Elite Salon, Miyoshi Japanese Restaurant, Oreck Floor Care Center, Arina Gifts, Bobbi's Hallmark, Glitz Salon, Hoggz Surf Shop and The Village Pet Market.

Deadline to enter is Noon, February 11, 2013. Winner will be announced on or about February 11, 2013. Entrants submission confirms that the entrant has read and understands the official rules.

All participants and winner(s) must be over the age of 18, a legal U.S. residents, residing in Kern County, Tulare County, Kings County or Inyo County and also in the viewing area of KBAK, KBFX or THISTV (KBFX2) viewing area.. See OFFICIAL RULES for complete list.
