Have people told you that you look just like your mother - or your daughter? If there is a striking resemblance between the two of you, submit a photo and you could win a prize package from Town & Country Village in the Mother-Daughter Look-Alike Contest.
Submit your photo between now and Noon, May 10, 2013. If your picture is acceptable for viewing it will be placed on the Approved Submission Tab.
How does it work?
Click on the Submit Your Photo tab above and submit a photo of the other, daughter, grandmother, aunt or other family member posed close together. Only one entry is allowed per participant. Make your submission electronically on the contest page at Bakersfieldnow.com or at the Eyewitness News Station, 1901 Westwind Drive, Bakeresfield, CA by May 10, 2013 at 12:00p.m. P.D.T. to be eligible. When the submission period ends, a panel of judges review all the approved submissions received and select the winner.
Are there prizes?
Yes. The Grand Prize Winners who are judged to look the most alike will receive prizes from Knight's Jewelers, Garden District, Oreck, Concept Elite, Cones Health Foods, Miyoshi Restaurant, Bobbi's Hallmark, Village Pet and Subway.
How often can I enter?
Only one entry is allowed per person - so make sure you choose the photo that best shows the similarity between the two people.
When will the winners be announced?
Contest winner will be announced on/about May 12, 2013.
